On the 10th of October 2021 we started the conversion period from conventional to organic farming for Cappuccini olive grove.

In last three years we had to demonstrate our activity was in compliance with regulations, through official audits too. Few days ago our control authority certified the end of the conversion.

This means I FRATI and MANACCO harvest 2021-2022 will have the organic label for the first time!

Meanwhile our project to a more sustainable farming is proceeding: the next step directs us to electricity coming from renewable sources.

Several years ago we changed our pneumatic tools (powered by an internal combustion engine) with others working with electricity, now we're going to sign a contract with a supplier to have energy only from hidroelectric plants.

But many other steps are in our mind, keep follow us!
