EVO 2019-2020

We finally got it: new evo oil from harvest 2019-2020 is ready! It was  immediately filtered and stored inside tanks under nitrogen. Light green colour and aromas like grass, almond and balsamic notes... it seems really good. A special thanks to our agrononomist Giuseppe Colantoni and oil-miller Giulio Mannelli.

Harvest is going on but we've already started planning first deliveries and preparing samples for guidebooks and competions. Last but not least: some few changes for labels of our I FRATI and MANACCO!
