Harvest 2019... here we go!

We've started with Frantoio, Leccino, Rosciola (that's the latest real news: our agronomist recognized some of them in the chiusa dei frati) and Moraiolo for our blend MANACCO, then we'll focus only on Moraiolo for our monocultivar I FRATI.

From the chiusa di Manacco we'll move to the chiusa dei frati, and then we'll continue to south-east till the chiusa degli scaloni.

Some olives are still hard to pick, and some trees have few fruits. But breaking them with fingers it's possible to foretaste interesting aromas... we'll do our best to save'em!
